SEVERAL celebrities have undergone weight loss transformations throughout the past year.

Fans watched as Kelly Clarkson's figure shrunk a bit more each day on her talk show and witnessed the results of TLC star Tammy Slaton's life-changing bariatric surgery among others.

Here are the most shocking celebrity weight loss transformations fans witnessed in 2023.

TAMMY SLATON

When 1000-Lb. Sisters debuted in 2020, Tammy, 37, weighed 605 pounds and after finding out how difficult weight loss can be, struggled to shed the extra pounds to reach her goal weight.

In Season 2, fans learned that the reality TV star was hospitalized after contracting Covid-19.

While she had lost about 55 pounds before the pandemic started, she gained almost all of it back when she got sick.

Post-recovery, Tammy continued to gain weight until she weighed a whopping 717 pounds.

Last summer, however, Tammy managed to reach her goal weight which enabled her to get bariatric surgery, and was shown standing and walking around — tasks she previously had trouble with.

Tammy's current weight has been revealed in court papers after her drastic body transformation.

The U.S. Sun exclusively revealed that she weighed 448 pounds as of August 4, 2023.

Since she previously weighed 717 pounds, which means she shredded 269 pounds.

The insider close to the family claimed that Tammy has not relapsed since exiting rehab earlier this year and in September, The U.S. Sun learned that Tammy weighed only about 30 pounds heavier than her sister Amy Slaton, 35.

Earlier this month, Tammy showed off her drastic weight loss as she donned a punk rocker look in a set of new Instagram photos.

In the online collection, the 1000-Lb. Sisters star flaunted her black leather jacket and displayed her zipped-up sleeve.

The TV personality paired the look with black Nike pants with blue sandals and was revealed to have slimmer cheeks with less sagging skin around her neck.

In the comments section, fans pointed out Tammy was sitting on a backless chair and was able to lean forward without support.

One fan praised: "Unbelievable transformation Tammy!"

Another fan gushed: "Did you ever dream that you can sit like that??? Well, your dream came true!

"You look fantastic! Keep it up!"

A third fan added: "Well done with the weight loss! Everyone is very happy for you!"

A fourth person wrote: "Look at you girl! Working that FITTED jacket!

"YES! You look AWESOME!"

A commentator chimed: "Isn't it wonderful to finally be able to wear something you thought was never in your size?"

RIDING SHOTGUN

Tammy was shown being able to sit in the front seat of a car for the first time in over two decades during the most recent episode of 1000-Lb. Sisters.

The 37-year-old was about to travel with her brother Chris Combs and before they got to the car, he announced that he was going to try to put Tammy in the front seat.

In response, Tammy was concerned that she wouldn't be able to fit in between the door and the console in the car.

To which Chris said: "We can squish. As long as the door shuts, we're good," with a laugh.

In a confessional, she admitted that she hadn't sat in the front seat of a car since she was 15 or 16 years old.

"It's been 20 years," Tammy revealed but still, the TV star was willing to give it a shot.

With little effort, she used her walker to get to the car and then gently positioned herself in the front seat.

When she realized she would fit, Tammy had a huge smile plastered across her face.

In confessional, Chris said: "When Tammy realizes that she sat down in the chair and she's good to go and the door can close, you can tell the little battle that she just beat made her feel wonderful."

KELLY CLARKSON

Earlier this week, Kelly, 41, showed off her impressive figure on her talk show once more after losing 50 pounds.

The American Idol winner was featured on the Instagram account for The Kelly Clarkson Show as she showed off her dramatic weight loss.

The Grammy-winning artist has been flaunting her slimmer frame in a variety of red and green outfits on her show in recent weeks.

For Tuesday's show, Kelly was shown announcing show guests Sydney Sweeney, 26, and Da'Vine Joy Randolph, 37.

The three women stood next to each other in holiday attire, with the Stronger singer declaring: "Everyone got the memo today on Kelly!"

In the middle, Kelly rocked a green velvet pantsuit that featured black tiger stripes throughout.

The outfit featured a plunging V-neckline and a tie at the waist, cinching in Kelly's tiny midsection.

The singer had her hair tied half up and opted for a red lip color and platform heels to finish her Christmas look.

Fans in the comments section hyped up Kelly's new figure, with one writing: "These looks for Kelly have been [fire]."

"Kelly has ALWAYS been beautiful, she looks amazing and most importantly, happy," a second declared.

A third similarly wrote: "Kelly looks amazing."

In a recent interview with a physician who specializes in nutritional medicine, The U.S. Sun learned how much weight Kelly has lost this year.

Comparing photos from March 2023 of Kelly at the iHeartRadio Music Awards and photos from November 2023 of the star at a SiriusXM event, Dr. Fred Pescatore believes she lost 50 pounds.

Based on the photos alone, he noticed a significant transformation in "her hands, face, and her breast size."

While the talk show host has not admitted to using Ozempic or any similar drugs, Dr. Pescatore, who has not treated nor has any ties to Kelly, suggested the use of it.

"It is possible she is on a diet, but all things point to Ozempic or Mounjaro," he argued, referencing the before and after photos.

The U.S. Sun has reached out to Kelly's rep for comment.

When asked if it could be something she's ashamed of admitting publicly, Dr. Pescatore said that sometimes celebrities "do extreme things and don't want the world to know."

He added: "In her case, she is a talk show host and has to be relatable.

"Taking a drug that is $1,000 per month isn't very relatable to the women who watch her show."

While it is unclear whether or not Kelly has been using the drug, after shedding serious weight over the past few months, she revealed that she has loved the process of slimming down.

As the Since U Been Gone singer spoke with sisters Barbara, 41, and Jenna Bush Hager, 41, on her show, the trio delved into the topic of not fitting into their clothes anymore.

Kelly stated: "Ugh, I don't fit into mine. I love losing weight but here's the thing. Jeans are so hard, I feel like when you have a butt and a smaller waist."

She also recently bragged about no longer having to wear Spanx.

On an episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show, she revealed: "I don't even need to wear Spanx anymore, I just wear them for warmth like thermals."

Kelly then added, "Life is good" after once more confirming that she no longer needed to wear the garment.

KYLIE JENNER

On Wednesday, Kylie Jenner, 26, flaunted her tiny frame in gym attire as fans continued to comment on her weight loss.

The Kardashians star took to Instagram to show off her toned physique in an outfit by Alo Yoga.

The first photo in the post's carousel showed Kylie sitting in her $3 million Bugatti while wearing a black sports bra and leggings.

The Hulu star showed off ample cleavage, as well as a peak of her toned abs and shoulders as she snapped the selfie.

Other snaps showed Kylie in the matching bra set as she showed off her full body in multiple positions while sitting in her car's bright orange interior.

One such pic included a side profile of Kylie's slimmer-than-ever figure where she appeared to have a much smaller butt than before.

"@alo night," Kylie wrote in her caption, also making sure to show her white Alo sneakers and her Alo socks in the photos.

Kylie's new photos come as fans have been pointing out her significant weight loss in recent months.

In the comments section, fans inquired about Kylie's weight loss, mentioning how much flatter she now looks from behind.

"She losing her bbl or sum cause why she look like flatter?" one follower asked.

A second wrote: "You tiny when a Birkin becomes a shoulder bag."

"In her skinny girl era," a third wrote, while a fourth believed she was "WAY too skinny."

Kylie's oversized sweatpants nearly fell off her thinning frame in recent photos for her Khy clothing line.

In an Instagram post captioned, "KHY DROP 003!!!! available NOW on khy.com @khy," Kylie modeled the newly released apparel offered by her clothing brand.

The reality TV star flaunted her six-pack abs and pencil-thin waist while showing off the casual and comfy outfits.

Oversized red sweatpants hung from Kylie's waits in one photo while a baggy white hoodie nearly swallowed up her petite frame in another.

She was shown wearing several different styles of crop tops in the snapshots.

One was longsleeved, another loose-fitting, and a third, skin-tight option was shown in black and white.

All three managed to accentuate the Hulu star's fit figure.

The beauty mogul also revealed her thin legs while wearing Khy's fleece shorts, an item she would later pair with the brand's ribbed tank and baby tee.

Kardashian fans have grown concerned for the makeup mogul as she continues to show off an increasingly slimmer frame.

When Kylie accepted her Wall Street Journal Magazine Innovator Award, some people noticed that her body seemed much thinner than before and wondered whether her weight loss had gone too far

On Reddit, one critic said: "A little extra healthy weight makes people look a lot more youthful than if they were skinny, droopy and gaunt.

"Being very thin ages the crap out of people, and they verge on looking unwell. It’s not sexy or attractive."

A second person agreed, writing: "Rapid weight loss just makes one look sick. She’s pushing mid-40s before 30s."

Another commenter accused: "She does not look like she is into the hard work of any sort like going to a gym. So yeah, definitely Ozempic and plastic surgery."

EMILY SIMPSON

In September, the Real Housewives of Orange County star Emily Simpson, 47, showed off her dramatic weight loss in bikini photos while hitting back at her haters.

The Bravo star shared a lengthy caption detailing her weight gain and revealing how she shed the pounds.

Emily posted a video that kicked off with a still of her pre-weight loss before showing her in the gym.

She was seen using various pieces of equipment while wearing tiny two-piece sets.

The RHOC star also included a photo of herself posing in front of a bathroom mirror in a white bikini.

Her chiseled abs and toned arms and legs were on full display in the snap.

The Bravo star captioned the post: "Around age 42 I gained 40 pounds and it wasn't until now (age 47) that I was able to finally get it off and feel like my old self again...

"Just to be clear though...I rocked a bathing suit on TV for 5 years and never felt ugly or not confident in myself or my body. Not once."

Emily went on: "I am the strongest (mentally and physically) right now... at age 47... and I will continue to improve myself daily. My only competition is Me.

"Thank you for following this journey with me and for those of you who are always kind and comment positive things... I appreciate you! For the haters out there... I love you too! You motivate me daily to lift harder and eat better."

Fans flooded the comments with praise for Emily.

One person wrote: "My favorite part about this is that you loved yourself at both sizes. You're always [fire]."

"You will never have more of a hype woman than me. Sooooo proud of you!!" someone else commented.

A third fan wrote: "This is so exciting to see your journey. It motivates me to continue to work harder on mine!!"

"Amazing honey! You looked fabulous then and you look fabulous now! I'm so happy you are feeling amazing," another commenter wrote.

'UNBOTHERED'

Over the summer, Emily sparked concern after she posted a video from her appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.

The star posed on the red carpet in a skintight jumpsuit by Nadine Merabi, which emphasized her much slimmer frame as she showed her body from every angle.

She captioned the Instagram post: "Unbothered Barbie."

In the comment section, fans were quick to show concern over Emily's drastic - and quick - weight loss.

"All of them have the same Ozempic body..." one follower wrote.

"She had a body transplant," a second jokingly claimed.

A third said: "Umm that’s an unhealthy weight loss really fast?" to which Emily quickly snapped back: "Ummm it wasn’t fast. We filmed this season a year ago."

While many followers noted the fact that Emily was rocking an "Ozempic body," the TV star has nothing to hide when it comes to the weight management medicine that has taken Hollywood by storm.

She stated that after filming wrapped, she had a doctor's appointment, where the idea of taking Ozempic was put on the table.

“At that time I didn’t even know what Ozempic was honestly,” she told Us Weekly.

“The doctor was just like, ‘Oh, there’s this new weight loss drug and it’s just been FDA approved and it’s great.

"I think it would really help you lose some weight and you’ll feel better and you’ll be able to get working out again and feeling more like yourself.’ And I was like, ‘OK, sounds great.’

"Anyway, I did that in December. It was great for my diet. It really just kickstarted me into eating better and eating healthier ’cause it makes you feel like crap ’cause nothing tastes good.”

Emily also received liposuction and said she changed up her diet and exercise routine to further lose weight.

“I cut out a lot of things and I go to the gym seven days a week and work out. I work out like I’m training for a fitness competition. … That’s kind of the whole story,” she said.

“The thing that bothers me the most is that when people comment on the way that I look, they constantly say, ‘Ozempic, Ozempic.’

"And it’s like, yes, I did use that nine months ago or however many months ago it was, but I don’t like that it discounts all the hard work I put in.

"I don’t care if you say that all you want, but at least gimme credit for seven days a week, getting up at 6 a.m. every morning and busting my butt in the gym every single day.”
