He made his debut as a child actor in the film Masoom in 1983, alongside Naseeruddin Shah and Shabana Azmi. The film received positive feedback and marked the beginning of his successful career. He appeared in other films such as Karma and Sultanat as a child actor, and also ventured into modeling for television and print, featuring in notable ad campaigns.
