It’s January 6, 2019, and that means tonight is the Golden Globes. The show will air live on NBC on both coasts but before the award ceremony begins, people worldwide will tune in to see the stars walk the Red Carpet. Those away from their televisions will be able to tune in and see celebrities such as Lady Gaga, Nicole Kidman, Bradley Cooper, Emily Blunt, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Amy Adams and more walk the Golden Globes Red Carpet live, streaming online. NBC and the official Golden Globes site have both announced ways people can watch the Red Carpet whether using phones, computers or other devices.
The Golden Globes 2019 Red Carpet will begin live streaming on Facebook at 3 p.m. PT/6 p.m. ET. Rasha Goel, Missi Pyle, Yvette Nicole Brown, AJ Gibson, Ben Lyons, and Francia Raisa will host the event.
While many fans who love to watch the award shows and see the latest fashion and makeup choices celebrities wear on the Red Carpet, there are many negative comments across social media from people who say they have no interest in watching the Red Carpet arrivals.
Many of this year’s nominees and presenters are some of America’s most popular celebrities so it seems unlikely viewership will be low despite the negative remarks.
We're hanging by a thread with anticipation for the Red Carpet to open! Tune in TONIGHT at 6PM ET/3PM PT to The HFPA Presents: Globes Red Carpet LIVE! only at https://t.co/1MPIlREG2C.

Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper are both up for multiple Golden Globe nominations and many feel that what occurs tonight will be a good indicator for the duo and A Star is Born to get their shot at Oscar nominations. A Star is Born fell on the cusp of award-show entries so there will be additional nominations in the 2020 award show cycle.
Other favorites for tonight’s winners include Black Panther, Mary Poppins Returns, Nicole Kidman for Destroyer, Crazy Rich Asians, Willem Dafoe, Constance Wu, Sam Rockwell, Spike Lee, Adam McKay, and more.
In addition to watching via Facebook, those who have NBC Live access can watch both the Red Carpet show as well as the Golden Globes 2019 Awards streaming live on either the NBC website or with the NBC app. Anyone with a cable or satellite subscription can also watch the show streaming live via their carrier’s app or online website.
